Who plans your ClearCorrect
Orthodontics here is practised exclusively by Dra. Erika Padilla Montes de Oca, a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (2007), credentialed in the Damon Advanced System, Tip-Edge and Invisalign, with more than ten years in her field and on the Makeover team since 2010. Full records and a bite analysis by an orthodontist. Which system delivers the plan is a later and much smaller decision.
Whether aligners suit the movements needed
Mild to moderate crowding, spacing and relapse suit aligners well. Complex rotations, significant bite correction and some extraction cases are handled better with fixed appliances.
Your wear time
The single variable no clinic controls. Trays worn for most of the day and night finish on schedule, and trays worn less do not, regardless of which system produced them.
Is one aligner brand better than the others?
Not in a way that decides most cases. The systems differ in the plastic they use and in how consistently it delivers force across the days a tray is worn, and those differences are measurable but incremental. What decides whether your treatment succeeds is whether the movements were correctly diagnosed, whether the sequence was planned by someone reading your whole bite, and whether you wear the trays. Choosing a practice on the brand painted on the door is choosing on the least important variable.

Trays are issued in batches so appointments can be spaced further apart than a monthly schedule, with progress reviewed remotely in between. The interval is agreed before treatment starts rather than discovered along the way.
Retention, indefinitely, in some form. Teeth that were moved drift back toward where they came from, and a finished aligner case without a retention plan is a relapse on a delay.
