Our Vatech X12 cone-beam tomograph captures a full three-dimensional view of your teeth, bone and anatomy in a single scan, right here at the clinic — no referral to an imaging center, no second appointment. It is the scan behind every implant plan: measuring bone volume, locating nerves and sinuses, and letting the surgical guide be designed in software before anything touches your mouth. And because more information also means more radiation, we use it where it changes the plan — for a routine checkup, a conventional radiograph remains the appropriate dose.

Painless electronic anaesthesia
Local anaesthetic is delivered by a computer-controlled system that regulates flow and pressure instead of relying on hand pressure on a syringe. The rate stays below the threshold that causes the stinging sensation, which is what makes the injection itself comfortable. It is the same anaesthetic; what changes is how it is delivered.

For specific, high-complexity procedures—such as micro-restorations, identifying microscopic fractures, or performing complex extractions—our leading specialist utilizes world-class SurgiTel 6.5x surgical loupes with dedicated coaxial illumination. The laboratory is in the building
Most practices send the crown out and wait. Here the restoration is designed, milled and finished a few steps from the chair, on a five-axis CAD/CAM milling machine — five axes because a crown is not a flat shape: the tool has to reach undercuts and inner surfaces that a three-axis mill cannot.
That is the whole reason a crown can be delivered the same day and a provisional within twenty-four hours. It is also why shade, shape and bite are matched to your face in the building, instead of being shipped in and adjusted afterwards.
