Most dental offices send their crowns, bridges and guides out to a laboratory they have never seen, and wait one to three weeks for whatever comes back. This practice was built the other way around: an on-site laboratory with a fully digital workflow, connected to two additional laboratories in the region for specialized work.
That changes the timeline in ways a patient feels directly. Tomography is taken the same day. A surgical guide can be produced in about an hour. A provisional restoration is ready in twenty-four hours at most — which is what makes single-trip treatment realistic for patients crossing the border.
It also changes the result. Shade and shape are matched with you in the chair, not from a photograph emailed to another city, and an adjustment that would normally mean another appointment happens while you wait.

An intraoral scanner captures the arch in minutes and the file goes straight to planning software — no gagging on impression material, no distortion in shipping, nothing lost in translation.
Designed on screen, reviewed by the specialist
The restoration or surgical guide is designed digitally against your imaging. The specialist who will place it reviews the design before anything is milled — the lab and the clinic are the same conversation.

Why does an in-house laboratory matter to me?
Because every hand-off between a clinic and a distant laboratory adds time, and every remake adds a trip — which is exactly what a cross-border patient cannot afford. With the laboratory in the building, a crown that needs its contact point eased or its shade warmed is adjusted the same visit. The technician can look in your mouth instead of at a photograph. That is the difference between work that fits on the second try and work that fits on the first.
Which brands and materials do you work with?
The same ones a U.S. specialist would specify. Implant systems from Nobel Biocare — used here without interruption since 2006 — Straumann and Hiossen. Regenerative biomaterials from Zimmer Dental, Straumann Group, Geistlich and Cytoplast. In orthodontics, Spark aligners by Ormco, the Damon System and Invisalign. Treatment here costs less because of where we practice, not because of what goes in your mouth — the materials are the part we refuse to economize on.
