Who plans your aligners
Orthodontics here is practised exclusively by Dra. Erika Padilla Montes de Oca, a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (2007), credentialed in the Damon Advanced System, Tip-Edge and Invisalign, with more than ten years in her field and on the Makeover team since 2010. Whether aligners suit your case is decided from the scan and the movement required, not from a preference for the appliance. She is credentialed in Invisalign and in fixed systems alike, so the recommendation is not limited by what the clinic happens to know how to do.

How many hours a day do I have to wear them?
Most of the day and night, removed for eating and cleaning. Wear time is the single variable that decides whether treatment finishes on schedule, and it is not one the clinic can control for you.
Will anyone notice?
Rarely at conversational distance. The attachments bonded to some teeth are what make certain movements possible, and they are the most visible part of the treatment.

Aligners are a system, not a brand
Invisalign, Spark and ClearCorrect all move teeth with a sequence of clear trays. What differs between them is the material, how the trays are manufactured and the cost. What does not differ is the thing that decides your result: the treatment plan, meaning which teeth move, in what order, and what the bite looks like at the end.
Spark, made by Ormco, uses a scalloped edge trimmed to the gum line and a material formulated to stain less than earlier generations of aligner plastic. Ormco is also the manufacturer behind the Damon System of self-ligating braces, so a practice working with one is often working with both.
Every case ends in retention. Teeth move for life, and a retainer is what makes the result permanent, whichever system got you there. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling relapse.

That depends on the movements needed rather than on how crooked the teeth look. A diagnosis with full records answers it clearly, and where fixed appliances would do a better job you should hear that.
Appointments are spaced to suit travel, with several sets of trays issued at a time and progress reviewed remotely in between. The interval is agreed before treatment starts.
Retention, as with any orthodontic treatment. Teeth that were moved drift back toward where they came from without it.
