Concierge
One address, one set of hours, and a number that is answered on both sides of the border. When a visit for treatment goes wrong it is very rarely the dentistry — it is the sequence around it.
Talk to the studio before you plan anything
The U.S. number is a San Diego line, so calling it from California is a domestic call rather than an international one.
- Frida Kahlo 10410, Torre Quatro, 1st floor, office 106, Zona Urbana Rio, Tijuana, B.C. 22010
- Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm · Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm · Sunday closed
Imaging read the same day
A tomography is taken and read during the visit, so an examination and a plan do not have to become two separate trips.
A surgical guide in about an hour
Where guided surgery is planned, the guide is designed and produced in the studio rather than ordered and waited for.
A provisional within a day
Where a temporary restoration is needed, the studio's own laboratory produces it within twenty-four hours at most.
How a visit gets planned
You say what you need and when you can be here
A call or a message on either number, with the dates you could realistically travel. That is enough to start.
Records are asked for in advance
Imaging you already have, a treatment plan from another practice, a list of medications — read before you travel rather than on the day.
The day is sequenced
Appointments are placed against the hours you can actually be here, Saturday until 4:00pm included, and against the northbound wait rather than in spite of it.
You get the plan in writing
What is being done, in what order, over how many visits, quoted in Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars, before anything begins. Treatment plans are written in English.
The parts with real trade-offs
Where to cross, where to stay and how to move around are decisions that change with the day, the hour and the kind of appointment you have. Rather than one recommendation that would be wrong half the time, each has its own page with the detail behind it.
Crossing the border
Three crossings, three different procedures, and a northbound wait that is the part worth planning.
Staying overnight
Most treatments are a same-day trip. Surgery, sedation and consecutive days are the cases where a room is worth it.
Getting around
Driving across, parking and walking, or being driven — each has a trade-off, and one of them involves Mexican insurance.
Bring with you
- A valid passport or passport card, for everyone traveling
- The same for children, without exception
- Prescription medication in its original labeled packaging
- The name and dose of anything you take regularly
Worth sending ahead
- Any imaging you already have
- A treatment plan from another practice, if you have one
- Medical conditions and allergies, written down
- The date range you could travel, and the hours you can be here
One address, and only one
Torre Quatro sits in Zona Urbana Rio, the business district, about five minutes from the San Ysidro crossing. There is no second location and no satellite office to be redirected to.

Personal Care
Jaki is the studio’s International Patient Coordinator. She is the person patients from the United States and elsewhere deal with from the first message to the end of treatment, and the one who knows where a case stands without having to ask.
“My role is to make the experience of our international patients as smooth, organized, and comfortable as possible, from their first inquiry to the completion of their treatment.”
International patient coordination
She assists patients traveling from the United States and other countries, and remains their main point of contact through every stage of the process.
Communication and support
She answers questions, provides treatment information, and coordinates directly with the doctors and the clinical team, so answers come from the people doing the work.
Treatment planning and coordination
She arranges consultations and appointments, and keeps treatment plans, estimates and the stages of each case in order.
Travel and trip planning
She helps arrange the logistics of the trip around the appointments, so the travel fits the treatment rather than the other way around.
Hotel recommendations
She suggests hotel options that suit the schedule and the kind of appointment, rather than one standard recommendation for everyone.
Personalized assistance
She helps with questions about treatment, appointments, getting around the city, accommodation, payments, and what to expect on the day.
Before, during and after treatment
She stays involved once treatment begins: keeping communication open, keeping the schedule straight, and following up once the work is done.
“My goal is to make dental care in Mexico feel simple, safe, and well-organized, and to be someone patients can rely on throughout their entire experience.”
Frequently asked
Can I talk to somebody before I commit to anything?
Yes, and it is the cheapest step of the whole process. Both numbers reach the studio directly. The U.S. line is a San Diego number, so from California it is a domestic call.
Can everything be done in a single trip?
Some treatments, yes. Imaging is read the same day, a surgical guide is produced in about an hour, and a provisional restoration within a day at most — which is what makes short trips workable at all. Whether your own case fits into one trip is answered after your records are read, not before.
What are the hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday is closed. The Saturday hours are what make a single-day trip possible for people who cannot take a weekday off work.
Where exactly is the studio?
Frida Kahlo 10410, Torre Quatro, 1st floor, office 106, Zona Urbana Rio, Tijuana, B.C. 22010. Zona Urbana Rio is the business and financial district, which is where the professional practices, the corporate offices and the hotels are.
Is the treatment plan in English?
Yes. Treatment plans are written in English, and quoted in both Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars, with the rate stated rather than assumed.
Tell us the dates you could be here
Send the dates you could realistically travel and anything you already have — imaging, a plan from another practice, a list of medications. The sequencing is easier to get right before you are in the car than after.
Request your consultation
Send the dates you could realistically be here, along with anything you already have. A visit is far easier to sequence properly before you travel than after you arrive.
